Swimming Lessons and Fun at the Aquatic Center!

 We did not get to the Aquatic Center enough this summer!  We were busy doing so many other things!  We had so much fun when we did get there!  Swimming Lessons are always busy and Melissa and I have to coordinate together so we can shuttle all the kids each day.  We were so lucky to have Jeannine and baby Elora come along with us and help drive the kids in Grandma's van!! 

Preston Rodeo Parade!

 We went up to Preston, Idaho for their famous Rodeo.  We watched the parade which was awesome, with Darth Vador and Star Wars how could it not be!  Brodyn wanted to go to the Rodeo so badly.  He dressed up in his Cowboy clothes and hat and was so excited.  We tried to go to the Rodeo but it had sold out.  We were so sad, but were able to go to the Cache County Rodeo a week later.  We still had fun eating pizza and enjoying the parade. Sophia was so funny sneaking into everyone's candy bags and filling her cheeks!

Wellsville Mtn. Cold Creek Trail

We joined, Dave, Tara, MaRea, Lindsey, Reese, and Stefani with all our kids and headed up trail! It was the dustiest trail I've ever been on!  Due to our hot dry summer, the road leading up to the trailhead, and the trail itself was so dry and dusty.  We were covered head to toe with powdered dirt!  We sure had a a lot of fun despite the dirt! The kids, even the smallest made it up the trail pretty easily and had so much fun together, the third generation of Thatcher's!  looking around at all of them I couldn't help but think of how cute they've all turned out, and decided the Thatcher genes are pretty neat!
