Where We Are!

Well, we keep watching out the window to see if spring is on it's way, but spring is quite the trickster this year. "It's spring, nope still winter...oh oh SPRING....nope winter's back!" So needless to say I've had enough of this teasing of spring! Forget spring, where's summer

Easter is almost here and Brodyn keeps asking "Where's the bunny mom?" so he is excited and it is so fun to see how excited he is. We are mostly all ready for Easter. Grandma Brenchley is having an Easter egg hunt at her house, it will be fun. Grandma Thatcher has one on Sunday so what a fun weekend it will be!

Emmy is trying to survive winter, she has had cold after cold, Melissa and I think we bring it home from work, and she's had 3 ear infections within 2 months, at least I am sure that a burst ear drum has happened when I get her out of bed in the morning and "gunk" is oozing out her ear canal and onto her face. She's also getting at least 6 teeth coming in at one time. She is even more demanding then ever, loves to say "no" and is starting to repeat words when we say them, but you have to listen close if you want too catch it!! Her hair is growing and we can finally do piggy tails but for the most part it's just spazzy!!

Brodyn is excited for summer, he loves being outside, we picked up some flip flops at park city and can't wait to make good use out of them. He is so good at riding his bike (with training wheels of course). I push Emmy in the stroller and he tags along, hasn't quite figured out the brakes. He goes to tumbling every Thursday at the sports academy and loves it, and actually listens very well. I think his favorite thing to do is visit grandma's house, either one, he asks almost every day, grandma's house is just a happening place I guess. We are picking up some Easter ducks and chicks tomorrow, he is going to love them!! Unlike the kittens who are no longer with us, because of our busy road and people who drive too fast, they will be with us through summer and then we will drop the ducks off at the pond and the chicks we'll give to Nate and Kristy Daugs.

What a cute little family! :) I am so jealous that your kids are so close with grandma and grandpa... make me want to move close when we have some little kidlers of our own.
