Adventure #2 Ice Skating at the Eccles Ice Arena!

The Eccles Ice Arena has been in Logan since the Olympics came.  This is the first time we have ever been ice skating there!  We had so much fun.  When we were finding the right size of ice skates for everyone I asked what their smallest size was.  The intendent said that the smallest size was a size 6, and that the size 6 was really more like a size 5.  So I asked him to get one so I could try it on Sophie since her little foot was just fitting into size 5 shoes.  The skate fit like a glove and a few minutes later she was on the ice with the rest of us!  We were able to rent little red walkers to help the kids skate and it made skating alot more enjoyable for them!  We started out with the wrong skate size on Brodyn which made it hard to skate and gave him blisters.  Once we switched he did alot better.  The next day he was ready to go back, blisters and all!!  I think Emmy giggled the entire time!  We all can't wait to go back!
