| Emmy was really excited for Ballet to be done with she was looking forward to the break! She also was super excited about her ballet recital at the Ellen Eccles Theater! Dan and I of course get so excited to watch her be so big and perform on such a big stage! I love watching ballet, the concert was great, watching Emmy was the icing on the cake! I totally got emotional and a little teary eyed while I was recording her dance! They danced to a classical version of Taylor Swift's "Love Story" song! When they dance their instructor does the dance in front of them but off to the side behind the curtain so the little ones can watch and remember the dance. At one point Emmy was doing the opposite as everyone else and you could just tell by her reactions and expressions that her instructor was trying to get her on the right step but Emmy was sure she was right! It was funny! I'm glad I got the disagreement recorded! She did eventually get on track and then finished off strong!! Dan brought her flowers of course and both of them walked back to the car hand in hand I couldn't help but snap a few pictures of them! |
