| This year was only great on the first day of school. I was so excited to have school start, summer completely exhausted me, with being pregnant and having kids and kids at my house. Two days a week I have Melissa's three kids, and then my two nephews and niece next door were always over at my house, plus all the neighbor kids. Brody can't imagine a day without friends 24/7 in it that I was overwhelmed with extra kids. I finally had to make Friday a no-friend day to get some relief and have time with just my little brood! We did survive but I was all smiles when all those kids got onto the bus. The first day of school was RED day for Emmy so thank heavens we actually owned something red to wear! It was a Sunday dress! |
