MOAB TRIP

LET'S RIDE!

Dan was able to go to Moab this summer as well. He went with his brothers and Dad and a few friends. They biked the White Rim trail.

The trail is 100miles and they did it in 2 days! 50 miles the first day and 50 miles the second day!






These are some of the caverns they went through.

The trail is pretty popular, you have to get reservations to stay at the camp sites. I guess you have to reserve them a year in advance.

Dan's dad has this ghetto Winnebago (driving RV) and all of them just piled in it and drove down there. Then his dad followed them while they biked.






You would think it would be warm in Moab, but it rained the entire trip, Dan said it got pretty dang cold. I think the last day they got a little sun!

We were glad to finally get him home though, I hate sleeping alone in a dark house at nights, I just get both kids in my bed and lock all the doors, I'm such a sissy!
