Best Day Ever at the Zoo!

 We decided to go to the zoo Friday, we were headed down to SLC for Brodyn's eye appt, and thought we'd do the zoo since we'd be done there.  I was a little worried with it being the start of memorial weekend that it was going to be packed and crowded but as luck would have it, it turned out perfect.  I think because the weather was over cast and sprinkled rain a few times, and the zoo's new polar bear exhibit was not opened.  Which was the only disappointing thing, but we'll just come back in the Fall when the excitement wears down and the kids are back in school!  The day was amazing, very few people were there, the weather was perfect light jacket weather and we had so so much fun!  Sophie was so fun too watch, she loved the zoo, she was so excited she'd do her "signature excited shake" she loved loved the zoo.  Best Zoo day ever!  I  love Hogle zoo because it's short and sweet! It doesn't take an entire day to enjoy and the kids have such fun!  We got to watch the amazing bird show which was so exciting the kids loved it!  Brodyn's eye's were dilated for the majority of the visit, so he's got his sweet sunglasses on I think all of the pictures!
